1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a WishPOS account or using the WishPOS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
WishPOS is a cloud-based, multi-tenant point-of-sale and inventory management platform. We provide each tenant with an isolated store instance accessible via a unique subdomain.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security measures
- Access other tenants' data without authorization
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
5. Subscription and Billing
WishPOS offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. Billing is processed through Paddle. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on select plans. Trials expire automatically — no charge is made unless you explicitly subscribe. Expired trials enter a 7-day grace period before account suspension.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
WishPOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the Data Deletion tool. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to other tenants.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
