Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan and 14-day trials require no credit card. You only enter payment details when you choose to continue on a paid plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when I hit my monthly order limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The Free plan will pause POS operations until the next billing cycle or upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with a 2-month discount. Contact support after signing up to switch to annual.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Each store gets its own isolated database. We use encrypted connections, automatic backups, and per-tenant data isolation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing dashboard at any time. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
